UI/UX Designer

Our client is a Swiss company that operates a digital marketplace for the CNC manufacturing industry, helping businesses find best-fit contractors and conduct transactions safely and efficiently. Their flagship product is the world's first chat-based intelligence tool for B2B in the industrial sector. It answers specific questions about CNC manufacturing and delivers deep market insights from a specialised database — enabling customers to expand market share, analyse competition, optimise sales, and drive product innovation.

‍Requirements:

‍● 3+ years of UI/UX design experience for web products
● proven experience designing B2B or SaaS platforms
● experience designing data-heavy interfaces: dashboards, analytics views, charts
● strong Figma proficiency
● experience designing or working with AI-powered products or chat-based interfaces
● English Upper Intermediate level

‍Would be a Plus:

‍● marketplace or transaction-heavy flows in your portfolio
● animations or interactive micro-interactions in your work
● familiarity with Material UI design principles and component patterns

‍What you will do:

‍● design and continuously iterate on UI/UX for a chat-based B2B AI web platform
● create, maintain, and evolve Figma files: screens, components, flows, and prototypes
● design data-rich interfaces: dashboards, analytics views, market insight charts
● collaborate closely with Front-end developers (React / Material UI) to ensure pixel-accurate implementation
● work in a Scrum team: participate in sprint planning, reviews, and design critiques
● communicate directly with the client on product direction and design decisions
● conduct UX reviews and contribute to product discovery
