Product manager

The project is a content creation platform that streamlines the process of producing high-quality visual assets for brands. The platform connects brands with a global network of talented content creators, facilitating the production of on-brand photo, video, and stop-motion content tailored for various digital platforms. The goal of this project is to enhance the platform's capabilities to better serve both brands and creators, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and user-friendly experience. We seek someone who thrives on generating ideas, driving product vision, and shaping innovative solutions Strong ideation and creative problem-solving skills — you don’t wait for instructions, you bring ideas to the table.

Requirements:

● proven experience as a Product Manager, Strategic Business Analyst, or similar role in a tech environment
● strong strategic thinking and product sense — they see the big picture and help others see it too
● excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in working with stakeholders and clients
● ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
● solid understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications in digital products
● experience working with requirement management & documentation tools (mostly Jira, Confluence and Linear)
● fluent written and spoken English (C1 and higher)

What you will do:

● collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into high-level product strategies
● proactively suggest product improvements, new features, and long-term development directions
● support clients in defining and refining their product vision
● support decision-making with research, competitive analysis, and high-level market insights
● contribute to shaping and maintaining the product roadmap based on business value and customer needs
● work alongside designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across all stages of product development
● monitor industry trends and competitor products to inform product decisions
