We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. You will play a key role in driving our hiring efforts, partnering closely with hiring managers, and attracting top tech and non-tech talent to help us grow. Requirements:
● 2+ years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment
● understanding of IT technologies, roles, and market trends
● proven experience using ATS systems and various sourcing techniques
● ability to work independently, take full ownership of vacancies, and deliver results
● proactive, get-things-done mindset with strong decision-making skills
● strong collaboration skills - comfortable partnering with hiring managers, team leads, and business stakeholders
● Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
Nice to have:
● experience in international recruitment
Responsibilities:
● manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across technical and non-technical roles
● partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth hiring process
● apply modern sourcing techniques, including headhunting, AI tools, and advanced search methods, to attract top talent
● build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
● contribute to process optimization and implement new recruitment strategies to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
