‍About the Role

‍We are looking for a Middle Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong ownership, consistently maintains high-quality standards, and proactively drives project execution. This is a complex and dynamic role that goes beyond traditional project management. As a Project Manager at Rolique, you will independently lead projects across different delivery models - from team extension to fixed-scope engagements, ensuring effective scope, timeline, and budget management. Beyond delivery, you will actively contribute to account management and business development by strengthening client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting strategic initiatives. Project Managers are the backbone of our organization - they connect people, processes, and priorities to ensure seamless execution and alignment between delivery and business goals.

‍Requirements:‍

‍● 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development
‍● proven ability to independently manage projects and deliver them end-to-end
‍● strong understanding of project management processes and SDLC
‍● hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and structured delivery models (fixed scope/constraints management)
‍● ability to plan, execute, and control project delivery across multiple streams
‍● solid understanding of account management principles
‍● experience managing client communication and expectations independently
‍● ability to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for account growth
‍● understanding of project financials (budget tracking; margin awareness is a plus)
‍● upper-intermediate or higher level of English
‍● ability to confidently lead client-facing communication
