Requirements:

● 3+ years of experience in IT Project Management
● strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies
● excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
● ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
● experience working with international clients
● strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
● upper-intermediate or higher English

Would be a Plus:

● experience in pre-sale activities

What you will do:

● plan, organize, and oversee end-to-end delivery to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and with clear priorities
● support, guide, and coordinate the team to ensure effective collaboration, productivity, and continuous growth
● maintain transparent and structured communication with stakeholders to align expectations and ensure smooth decision-making
● identify risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and manage issues to prevent delivery delays
● ensure compliance with project management best practices, maintain clear documentation, and drive continuous improvement of team processes
● track budgets and team workload, provide invoicing inputs, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
