The intelligent online business hotel booking tool personalizes each search, giving customer tailored room recommendations based on the travelers’ activity and travel plans. Working with the leading hotel chains and distribution partners, our client ensures customer get the best available price at any given point. Additionally, it has simple & intuitive dashboard that gives the reports and insights customer needs to keep tabs on the company’s travel activity all in one place.
Requirements:
● 3+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Project Coordination, or Delivery Support
● good understanding of SDLC and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) principles
● experience in using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Jira)
● strong organizational and time management skills
● proactivity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
● ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, unstructured (yet functional) team environment
● people-first mindset with a strong focus on emotional intelligence
● experience coordinating cross-functional teams without imposing rigid processes
● capacity to maintain team morale and cohesion without pressure-driven management
● excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
● upper-intermediate level of English or higher

As a Project Manager you will:
● lead and set up project processes
● work closely with project stakeholders: manage clients’ expectations, engagement and satisfaction. Be a single point of communication between the business and dev team
● own project constraints. Drive scope/time/cost management
● manage project resources and be responsible for teams’ workloads
● prepare, maintain and distribute project documentation and reports
● collect, review and keep track of project requirements. Own the change management process
● hold accountability for project success and be responsible for qualitative in-time delivery
Would be a plus:
● agile certifications will be a plus
● degree in project management, computer science, information technology, etc
