Business Analyst

Our customer is an Inspection Company that provides Largest Banks in the U.S. with the business solution for facilitating inspections between banks, construction companies, inspectors and other 3rd-parties companies.
The product is a software platform that enables users to maintain operations of core process, file management and reports automatisation within one system without storing and dividing loads of data on their PC or KPI. Through the inspections that are tracked in the application our platform allows stakeholders to review how the borrowed money is used, create all needed reports in the easiest way, and compare budgets for best investment.

Requirements:

● 1+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst in IT
● understanding of business requirements gathering, structuring, and documentation
● experience working with user stories and acceptance criteria
● basic understanding of system integrations and client-server architecture
● understanding of SDLC and Agile / Scrum methodologies
● experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
● basic experience creating wireframes or low-fidelity UI designs
● experience participating in manual testing or User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
● analytical mindset and attention to detail
● good communication skills and willingness to ask clarifying question
● English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher

Would be a plus:

● basic understanding of AI concepts or experience working with AI-related features
● familiarity with UX/UI best practices
● knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN, flowcharts)
● experience using AI tools to improve productivity (e.g., text analysis, idea generation)

Responsibilities:

● gather and analyze business requirements with support from senior team members
● create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and basic documentation
● participate in discovery sessions and requirement discussions
● support development teams during feature implementation
● verify that implemented features meet documented requirements
● create simple wireframes for new UI elements or pages
● collaborate closely with Product Managers, developers, QA, and other stakeholders
● assist in identifying product improvements and optimization opportunities
