Requirements:

3+ years of proven experience in account management or customer success in an IT/software development environment
● strong client relationship management skills with proven ability to build partnerships, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts
● profound understanding of IT delivery models and ability to connect business objectives with delivery outcomes
● excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to track account metrics and monitor project performance
● proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
● strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
● experience in identifying and developing upsell/cross-sell opportunities
● advanced level of English (C1 or higher)

As an Account Manager you will:

● act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, maintaining strong, long-term relationships
● monitor account health, client satisfaction, and delivery quality through structured communication and regular check-ins
● identify and develop upsell or cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with the Delivery Director
● support project teams in managing expectations and resolving client issues efficiently
● prepare and present account development plans, growth forecasts, and key reports for internal and client use
● collaborate closely with project teams, tech leads, and executives to ensure smooth engagement delivery
● conduct account health assessments and create strategic Account Development Plans
● establish strong working relationships with project teams to align delivery with client expectations
