It allowed us to expand the possibilities of Webflow by bypassing its limitations and maintaining its convenience as a site builder. We also created the iframe-based communication channel that provides seamless UX.
We used the world map spitted by time zones, which allows for calculating TZ relations and overlaps in the context of the user's TZ lightly. It eased the App's navigation and made choosing a country more convenient.
Using the Airtable, Netlify, Amplitude, Supabase, and Excel sheets allowed us to reduce the development process (including proving the ideas) and time to market.
1. TimeZone Crossover Calculator
The App supports recruiters in identifying the most convenient area for hire.
Based on the needed time overlap, a user can specify spaces where to search for candidates and the time difference to schedule calls.
The App also provides info about the costs of employment in the region and the hiring guide.
2. Employee Misclassification Analyzer
The App allows users to calculate the risks of converting contractors into full-time employees.
Based on the employee’s location, involvement, type of work, responsibilities, and qualifications, the app calculates the level of risk of hiring the person and guides how to proceed with it.
The App calculates the cost of the conversion of cooperation type based on the location, tax system, type of work, and candidate involvement.
The user can check the candidates individually by uploading data files and comparing those at once.
The user can also download the report with all the calculations and cost results.
