Manual QA engineer

Our customer is a major telecom operator in the Baltics, building a self-care mobile application for both iOS and Android platforms using React Native. The product supports multiple markets, each with its own user flows and business requirements, making the system both dynamic and complex.The application enables users to manage their telecom services in one place — including authentication, billing, payments, service management, and personalized offers. It integrates with third-party providers for identity verification and banking systems for real payment processing via secure WebView solutions.

‍Requirements:

‍● 1+ years of commercial experience in manual testing of mobile applications (iOS and Android) - must have
● ability to write clear and structured test cases and bug reports based on acceptance criteria
● understanding of REST API basics and experience working with Postman
● solid knowledge of regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
● strong attention to detail, especially when working with complex and market-specific flows
● ability to analyze edge cases and validate different user scenarios
● good communication skills and ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team
● upper-intermediate or higher level of English

‍Would be a plus:‍

● experience testing financial or payment-related flows
● familiarity with tools like TestFlight and/or Firebase App Distribution
● experience working with multi-market or multi-region products
● understanding of mobile authentication methods (biometrics, social login, etc.)

‍Responsibilities:

‍● perform manual testing of mobile application features across iOS and Android platforms
● test multiple authentication methods, including social login, bank authentication, and biometrics
● validate identity verification flows via third-party integrations
● test core application modules such as Dashboard, Invoices, Payments, Services, Offers, Profile, and Notifications
● verify real payment transactions via banking WebView integrations
● execute smoke, regression, and exploratory testing
● create and maintain test cases, checklists, and bug reports
● collaborate closely with QA engineers, developers, and other stakeholders
● ensure features meet acceptance criteria and business requirements
● identify edge cases and inconsistencies across different markets
