Business Analyst

Requirements:

● 3+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst in IT-companies
● Experience in performing requirements management, prioritisation, traceability, verification, and validation of the requirements
● Fluent written and spoken English
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively
● Experience in communication and reporting to C-level stakeholders
● Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
● Excellent visualization and presentation capabilities
● Understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies
● Analytical and technical aptitude
● Experience working with requirement management & documentation tools (mostly Jira and Confluence)

What you will do:

● Gathering and organizing information through communication with stakeholders
● ​​Align with stakeholders on a strategic view, and create the roadmap that matches with the customer’s overall objectives
● Preparing functional and non-functional project requirements
● Story mapping
● Establishing acceptance criteria
● Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
● Develop and communicate product vision, goals, and progress to internal and external stakeholders
● Active participation in design and development processes
● Developing and maintaining documentation including business requirements, workflows, processes and terminology
